This adaptive reuse project transforms a historical building opposite Minute Maid Park into a vibrant food hall, celebrating the legacy of Houston's Astros baseball team.
Respecting the building’s historical integrity, no exterior or interior painting or flooring changes are permitted, ensuring preservation of its original charm. The design will creatively incorporate Astros-themed elements through signage, furnishings, and decor, blending the rich history of the location with modern amenities.
By revitalizing the first level into a bustling culinary space, this project will offer a unique, baseball-inspired dining experience while honoring the building’s architectural heritage.
