The Outfielder
This adaptive reuse project reimagines the third level of a historical building opposite Minute Maid Park into a dynamic office space for a sports agency. The design pays homage to Houston’s Astros baseball team, integrating subtle thematic elements through custom furnishings, artwork, and memorabilia. While the existing walls and flooring will remain unchanged to preserve the building’s historical integrity , the interior layout will be updated to create a functional, modern workspace. The project strikes a balance between maintaining the building’s timeless charm and fostering a vibrant, baseball-inspired environment for the agency.
